Asia Internship Program, AIP, is a global social enterprise that develops internationally minded professionals through high quality internship experiences worldwide. We connect ambitious students and graduates with carefully matched host companies across Asia and beyond, combining real world work experience with cultural immersion and structured career development.

Partnering with 80 plus universities and over 2,000 companies, AIP delivers tailored programs aligned with each participant’s academic background and career goals. Our network spans startups, SMEs, and multinational organisations across a wide range of industries and destinations.

We provide end to end support, including preparation, on ground assistance, cultural activities, and ongoing professional development. With more than 800 participants annually and a 95 percent completion rate, our programs create measurable, lasting impact.
